Fair Café Liqueur is a 375ml, 22% ABV coffee liqueur from FAIR, the French spirits house built on fair-trade ingredients. It is made by slow-roasting 100% Arabica coffee beans and infusing them into FAIR's spirit base, then sweetening with fair-trade sugar.
The result is a clear amber liqueur with a pungent roasted coffee nose, chocolate fudge and nutty aromas, and a mocha-style palate with hazelnut and chocolate before a gently bitter roasted finish. It is a natural in espresso martinis and White Russians, and lovely poured over ice or into an after-dinner coffee.
