Fair Quinoa Vodka is a socially responsible vodka made from organically grown, Fairtrade-certified quinoa sourced directly from a co-op of 1,200 independent farmers in the Bolivian Andes. The quinoa is brewed and distilled in a single column still in the Cognac region of France, where the vodka is also bottled, at 80 proof.
It is clear, with very neutral aromas that suggest cream, cake and minerals. The body is very soft, dry and light-to-medium, and the finish is exquisitely smooth with hints of custard, dried fruit and limestone. It is a superbly silky, elegant vodka that is delicious on its own, ice cold, and a refined base for a martini or a vodka tonic.
