Falcon Spirits Peregrine Immature Brandy
Falcon Spirits Peregrine Immature Brandy is a 750ml young California grape brandy from Falcon Spirits Distillery in Richmond, California. It is distilled from a blend of mixed California grapes, which adds depth and complexity, and produced in small batches of just 300 bottles.
Bottled young to preserve the fruit, it has a floral aroma with banana, vanilla and melon, a clean mouthfeel and a smooth finish that lingers with vanilla and tropical citrus. Sip it chilled, or use it as a bright, fruit-forward base in a sidecar, a brandy sour or a pisco-style cocktail.
