Hiroshima's soft water produces gentle, rounded sake, and Fukucho is one of the region's finest examples.
Moon On The Water is a Junmai Ginjo, meaning the rice is polished to at least 60% and no alcohol is added. It is elegant and smooth with subtle fruit, delicate acidity, and a clean, dry finish at 15% ABV, with the quiet complexity that makes it a favorite of sake sommeliers.
