The "g" line was created as a departure from tradition, using techniques passed down from Japanese master brewers to make a full-strength sake with an American attitude.
Genshu means it is bottled undiluted, so it comes in at a punchy 17% ABV with a rich, full body. As a Junmai Ginjo, the rice is polished to at least 60% and no alcohol is added, giving it a clean, slightly fruity profile with more weight and depth than most ginjo.
