Aged seven years in oak, it is bottled at 42% ABV (84 proof).
Seven years in the barrel give it a balance of malt, oak and gentle spice with a smooth, approachable texture. Expect honey and orchard fruit on the nose, a palate of vanilla, toasted barley and light spice, and a mellow finish. It is a whiskey for sipping neat or with a drop of water.
