It is made from a blend of Pacific Northwest wheat and California Viognier grape wine, a combination that gives it more texture and character than a grain-only vodka, and bottled at 80 proof.
The nose is clean with a subtle fruit note from the Viognier. The palate is soft, silky and slightly sweet with a hint of pear and white flowers, and the finish is smooth and clean. It is a superb sipping vodka ice cold and a bartender's choice for a martini, a vodka gimlet or a Moscow Mule.
