The VS is a blend of young eaux-de-vie from the four finest Cognac crus, aged at least two years in French oak and bottled at 40% ABV.
It shows an elegant pale gold. The nose is floral and fresh with grape, pear and a touch of vanilla, and the palate strikes a subtle balance between freshness and smoothness, with light fruit, honey and gentle oak on a clean finish. It is an easy neat pour for a VS and a great cocktail cognac for a Sidecar, a cognac and cola, or a French Connection with amaretto.
