Irish Whiskey Bonding Co. Chancer Whiskey
Irish Whiskey Bonding Co. Chancer Whiskey revives the old Irish trade of the whiskey bonder, the merchant who bought casks from distilleries, matured and blended them, and sold the result under his own name. Chancer is named for the Irish slang for someone who backs themselves and takes a punt. It is a blend of Irish whiskeys bottled at 43% ABV.
The style is smooth and mellow with honeyed sweetness, warm spice and a hint of oak. It is an easy neat pour and a natural in cocktails, from an Irish coffee to a whiskey highball or a Tipperary.
The Bonding Co. bottles are a fun pair: Chancer for the risk-taker, Grafter for the hard worker. This 750ml bottle is a good gift for the chancer in your life. Buy Irish Whiskey Bonding Co. Chancer Whiskey online with fast shipping right to your door.
