Peated more gently than the core range because the barley is malted on the farm's own floor maltings, it opens with briny sea air, iodine and the sweetness of malted barley on the nose, then a palate where peat smoke intertwines with farm-grown barley sweetness, citrus, vanilla and a touch of bracken, finishing lingering and contemplative.
