Fully matured in casks that previously held Cognac, it pairs Kilchoman's peated Islay spirit with the fruity, floral opulence of French brandy, bottled at 100 proof, non-chill-filtered and naturally colored.
The nose marries peat smoke, brine and coastal notes with the rich sweetness of dried fruit, honey, oak and warm spice, then a bold, smoky palate where Islay peat is interwoven with Cognac-soaked dried fruit, dark chocolate, toffee and baking spice, finishing long and indulgent with smoke and brandied warmth.
