King Floyd's Limited Release Barrel Aged Aromatic Bitters
King Floyd's Limited Release Barrel Aged Aromatic Bitters is a 100ml, 45% ABV small-batch bitters from King Floyd's of Sonoma County, California. It takes classic aromatic bitters and deepens them with time in used oak barrels, integrating gentle wood notes, soft vanilla and mellow tannins.
Warm spices like clove, cinnamon and allspice mingle with bittering roots and dried citrus peel for a rich, inviting aroma and a layered bittersweet palate with mellow citrus brightness and subtle oak warmth. A few dashes elevate an Old Fashioned, Manhattan or any spirit-forward or barrel-aged cocktail.
