It blends the distillery's own Montmorency cherry eau-de-vie with an eau-de-vie made from Croatian marasca cherries, plus a little honey, a traditional element of classic maraschino.
Sugar is kept low to preserve the spirit's drier qualities, so while it is sweet, it balances cherry blossom and dark cherry into something floral, sweet and dry all at once. Use it in a Last Word, Aviation, Hemingway Daiquiri or Martinez, or sip it chilled.
