Luxardo Fernet is a 750ml, 80-proof strong bitter amaro from Luxardo, the family distillery founded in 1821 and based in Torreglia near Padua. It undergoes a prolonged infusion of herbs and spices including licorice, cardamom, gentian and saffron in the classic fernet tradition.

Intensely bitter and aromatic with menthol coolness, licorice sweetness and warm spice, it is a bracing digestif neat or on the rocks, takes well to cola or ginger beer, and works in a Toronto or Hanky Panky in place of Fernet-Branca.
