Marendry Amarena Aperitivo is a 750ml Italian bitter liqueur from Fabbri, the Bologna company famous for Amarena Fabbri wild cherries. The bond between Fabbri and spirits goes back to 1905, when founder Gennaro Fabbri acquired an old grocery store with a wine cellar in Portomaggiore and set up the Premiata Distilleria Liquori G. Fabbri.
Marendry is Fabbri's historic bitter, revived from a secret family recipe of the 1940s, where the natural flavor of Amarena wild cherries blends with Mediterranean citrus and traditional Ligurian chinotto. Bittersweet and fruity, it is perfect in a Negroni, spritz or Americano.
