Martin Miller's Westbourne Strength is the higher-proof version of the England-distilled, Iceland-blended gin, named for the Westbourne Grove neighborhood in London and bottled at 45.2% ABV (90.4 proof). It follows the same two-distillation, steeped-botanical process as the original, with juniper, citrus peels, licorice and cucumber, then is cut with Icelandic spring water to a strength that keeps the botanicals front and center in cocktails.
