Meletti 1870 Aperitivo Bitter is a 750ml, 25% ABV Italian red bitter from the Meletti family of Ascoli Piceno in Le Marche, producers of artisanal liqueurs since Silvio Meletti founded the house in 1870. Made with natural botanicals, it is a traditional aperitivo in the style of the great Italian bitters, with orange, gentian and herbs in balance.
Enjoy it the Italian way with a splash of club soda, mix it with vermouth and soda for an Americano, or use it in a Negroni or spritz in place of Campari. Its softer bitterness also lends itself to many other cocktail applications.
