Messias Aguardente Bagaceira Reserva 1L
Messias Aguardente Bagaceira Reserva is a 1L, 50% ABV Portuguese grape pomace brandy from Caves Messias, the family wine and spirits house founded in 1926 in the Bairrada region. Bagaceira is Portugal's answer to grappa, distilled from the pomace left after winemaking, and this Reserva is aged in oak barrels for added depth.
Expect a rich, complex profile with the warm embrace of oak, subtle ripe-fruit sweetness and a smooth, velvety finish. Serve it neat or with a splash of water as a digestif, pair it with dessert, or add a splash to espresso the Portuguese way.
