Mitilini Mastic Tears Classic
Mitilini Mastic Tears Classic is a 700ml Greek mastiha liqueur distilled from the sap of the mastic tree, the aromatic resin harvested only on the island of Chios and known as mastic tears. Mastic sap is collected with carving tools before the first autumn rains and provides the base for fermentation and distillation.
The spirit has an elegant, aromatic nose of pine, cedar and fresh herbs with a sweet, refreshing aftertaste. Enjoy it well chilled as a shot, in cocktails with lemon or cucumber, or as an after-dinner digestif the Greek way.
