It is made from an infusion of aromatic herbs, orange peels, rhubarb, gentian and licorice. The palate shows strong orange peel and apricot aromas with a soft, persuasive flavor that transitions into a slightly bitter aftertaste. Lighter and fruitier than a classic red bitter, it is perfect in a spritz with prosecco and soda, or over ice with an orange slice.
