New Deal Pear Brandy
New Deal Pear Brandy is a 750ml Oregon pear brandy from New Deal Distillery in Portland, made in collaboration with Pereday Orchard in the historic Columbia River Gorge. It is distilled from 100% estate-grown Hood River Bartlett pears, selected for their exceptional quality and flavor.
The result is an alluring, aromatic eau-de-vie bursting with fresh pear that won gold medals for Best of Class, Best of Category and Craft Spirit at the American Distilling Institute's 2018 awards. Sip it neat and chilled, or use it in place of vodka or gin in a pear martini or sour.
