It is a blend of several grape varieties led by Pinot Noir, Sémillon and Colombard, distilled in a traditional alembic pot still.
Young, precocious Pinot Noir brandies provide the foundation while older stocks add finesse and structure, with the blend averaging around six years in barrel.
