Padró & Co. Dorado Amargo is a 750ml golden bitter vermouth from Padró & Co., the family winery in Bràfim, Tarragona, that has made Catalan vermouth since 1886. The base wine is made from Macabeo, chosen for its structure and neutral profile so the bitter herbs can take the lead.
