After maturing fully in charred new American oak barrels, our 95% rye and 5% malted barley whiskey is finished in a new, freshly toasted barrel. While each bottle’s flavor profile can be unpredictable, the toasting process imparts rich vanilla notes that enhance our signature flavor. From Heavy Toast to Lighter Char, our Toasted Series offers a range of profiles to suit every palate.
