Père Dom Napoleon French Brandy
Père Dom Napoleon is a 750ml French brandy made from grape wines of Colombard, Merlot, Muscat and Airen, distilled in Coffey column stills and aged at least one year in French oak casks, the same large-grain, high-toast casks the house uses for its VS cognac, with a share of new barrels and a blend of older brandies for depth.
Amber with dark copper glints, it opens with pear, raisin and dried pineapple, then delicate toasted vanilla with raisin and fudge. The palate is light and soft with Muscat fruit, winy notes and toasted oak, and the finish blends French oak with a hint of exotic fruit. Sip it neat or use it in a brandy and soda.
