Po' di Poli Elegante is a 750ml aged grappa from Poli Distillerie, the family distillery founded in 1898 in Schiavon in the Veneto, one of Italy's most respected grappa houses. Elegante is the barrel-aged expression of the Po' di Poli line, distilled from carefully selected grape pomace and matured in small wooden barrels.
Aging brings a rich complexity: floral and fruity aromas with a smooth, velvety palate of vanilla, gentle spice and soft sweetness. Sip it neat at room temperature after dinner, or use it as an elegant base for grappa cocktails.
