Unlike grappa, which is distilled from pomace, Uva Viva is distilled from whole fermented grapes, capturing the fresh, vibrant character of the fruit.
The aroma is a captivating blend of fruity and floral notes, and the palate is velvety smooth with ripe grape, subtle oak and gentle sweetness. Sip it neat or chilled, or use it in place of pisco or eau-de-vie in a sour or highball.
