Porter's Modern Classic Gin
Porter's Modern Classic Gin was created by the team behind Orchid, a cocktail bar in Aberdeen, Scotland, and is produced by Langstane Liquor Company. The idea is a classic juniper-led gin elevated by cold distillation: the signature botanical, Buddha's hand citron, is distilled at low temperature on a rotary evaporator to keep its bright, fresh character intact. It is made from 100% British wheat spirit and bottled at 41.5% ABV (83 proof).
Porter's describes it as juniper-led with a bright citrus profile, clean and smooth, and built for lighter drinks: a G&T with lime, a Tom Collins or a Southside. The Buddha's hand gives it a fragrant, almost floral lemon note you will not find in a standard London Dry, and the balance keeps it versatile enough for a Martini.
