R. Jelínek Silver 5 Year Kosher Slivovitz is a 750ml, 50% ABV plum brandy from R. Jelínek of Vizovice in Moravia, Czech Republic, the family distillery that has made slivovitz since 1894 and is its most celebrated producer. It is triple distilled from fully mature plums grown in the plum regions of Bohemia and Moravia, aged for five years, and certified kosher for Passover.
Clear and intense, it delivers ripe plum, almond from the stones and a clean, warming, dry finish. Serve it chilled in a small glass the Czech way with a meal, or sip it neat as a digestif.
