Description: Clément’s Créole Shrubb is a vibrant Caribbean orange liqueur crafted by Rhum Clément in Le François, Martinique. This liqueur features a blend of unaged and 2–3-year-aged rhum agricole, distilled in a traditional Creole copper column still at Fonds-Préville Distillery. It is macerated with sun-dried bitter orange peels and a blend of Caribbean spices, including cinnamon, clove, and vanilla, then sweetened with sugarcane syrup. After blending, it is bottled at Habitation Clément.
The liqueur offers a rich aroma of tangerine zest, candied citrus peel, and hints of Cadbury Creme Egg, transitioning to a palate that mirrors these notes with pronounced flavors of orange, vanilla, and cinnamon. With an ABV of 40%, Créole Shrubb is a lively addition to cocktails like Mai Tais, daisy-style drinks such as Margaritas and Sidecars, and highballs with tonic water.
