Crafted using 16 hand-foraged highland botanicals—including mắc mật berries and leaves, jungle pepper, pomelo zest, wood bark, ginger, and turmeric—alongside traditional juniper, it’s distilled in direct-fire copper stills then bottled at 45 % ABV. The nose greets you with bright citrus, pine, and subtle spice, while the palate unfolds layers of juniper, warm pepper, ginger, lychee, and herbal earthiness. The finish lingers with peppery brightness, soft licorice notes, and a touch of tropical fruit—making Song Cai a gin with both distinctive character and Vietnamese soul.
