Spirit of Hven Summer Spirit
Spirit of Hven Summer Spirit is a 750ml organic seasonal liqueur from Spirit of Hven, the family distillery on the tiny island of Hven in the Øresund strait between Sweden and Denmark. This annual vintage release captures the essence of a Scandinavian summer with a unique recipe of bitter orange, rhubarb, elderflower and apple plus locally harvested botanicals.
The ingredients are distilled in Hven's small signature copper pot stills and matured slowly in American oak for a balance of sweetness and depth. The aroma is summer meadows, flowers, grass and strawberries. Sip it chilled, in a spritz, or with soda and mint.
