Sun Liquor Gun Club Gin comes from Sun Liquor Distillery in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood, one of the city's original craft distilleries, which grew out of the Sun Liquor cocktail bar and built its spirits around what its bartenders wanted to pour. Gun Club is a small-batch gin built on hand-selected botanicals led by juniper, coriander and citrus peels, distilled in traditional fashion with a modern sensibility.
It opens with a burst of citrus freshness, moves through classic juniper and coriander, and finishes warm and gently spicy. It is a bartender's gin first, made for the drinks Sun Liquor was known for: a crisp Martini, a Gimlet with fresh lime, a Negroni, or a G&T with a grapefruit twist.
