Description: Tequila Atanasio Artesanal Añejo Tequila is a meticulous, small-batch spirit crafted from estate-grown Blue Weber agave, slow-cooked in stone ovens, crushed via tahona, and double-distilled in copper stills before resting in French and American oak barrels for 12 to 18 months. The extended maturation rounds its profile, yielding deep aromas of vanilla, butterscotch, toasted oak, dark chocolate, and baked agave. On the palate, you’ll find luscious layers of caramel, dried fruit, baking spices, and soft oak tannins, all underpinned by the sweetness of cooked agave. Its finish is long and silky, with lingering warmth and elegant wood spice—an ideal sipping tequila that marries agave purity with aged complexity.
