Intentionally unaged and bottled at 40% ABV, it delivers an inviting nose of fresh cooked agave, citrus zest, and subtle herbal notes. On the palate, you’ll find crisp sweetness of blue agave, vibrant lime and grapefruit peel, a whisper of white pepper, and light minerality leading into a clean, clear finish that lingers with smooth agave sweetness and a fresh citrus lift.
