Made with ten year old Agave angustifolia, Tosba Espadín has a light nose with long lasting citrus and fruit on the tongue. The flavor of smoke is subtle, a direct result of the driftwood-fired roasting of the agave hearts in Tosba’s unique adobe-lipped earthen oven. A truly unique example of this agave variety through the lens of Oaxacan terroir. 48.5%
