It's a high-wheat American whiskey made from 100% American grain, leaning fully into wheat's softer, honeyed character — then double aged in new American oak, with a second maturation in wave stave barrels designed to build a toasted flavor gradient and add structure. That secondary oak contact is the point: wheat whiskey often runs one-dimensional, and the extra char and toast keeps this from turning into a simple sweet pour. Bottled at 86 proof (43% ABV). Expect raspberry, vanilla gelato, orange crème, toasted honey-wheat bread, and soft oak on the nose, moving into sweet cinnamon bread, candied citrus, butterscotch, poached pear, and caramelized sugar, finishing clean with gentle charred oak and honey. The Whiskey Wash found it smells older than its four years and praised the easy, sweet, light body while wishing a few components were dialed up.
