Don Q Limón was the first flavored rum the Serrallés family introduced back in 1998 — a genuine milestone for a Puerto Rican distillery that's been making rum since 1865 using a copper pot still imported from France. It starts as a young rum aged 1 to 1.5 years, then gets infused with real Puerto Rican key limes and natural essential flavor before charcoal filtering.
