It uses Jack Daniel's rye mash bill of 70% rye, 18% corn and 12% malted barley, is charcoal mellowed through sugar maple the same way as Old No. 7, and is bottled straight from a single barrel with no dilution, typically landing somewhere in the 125 to 140 proof range after at least four years in the barrel.
