M&H Elements Sherry Cask is the sherried expression in the Elements series from Milk & Honey, Israel's first whisky distillery, founded in Tel Aviv in 2014. Each Elements release highlights one cask type, and this one is matured in ex-sherry casks, including Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez, alongside the distillery's signature STR casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV, non chill-filtered and uncolored, in a 750ml bottle.
The sherry wood brings dried fruit, raisin and fig, dark chocolate, nuts and warm baking spice over M&H's honeyed, fruity malt, with a rich texture and a long, sweet-spiced finish.
