Amaro Nonino is the amaro that made the Paper Plane famous — a grappa-based, orange-scented Friulian liqueur aged in oak, beloved by bartenders worldwide — and Bardstown Bourbon Company put whiskey in its barrels. This Collaborative Series release, out late 2023, is a blend of straight bourbon and rye whiskeys finished for 17 months in barrels that previously held Amaro Nonino Reserva.
