The barley is gently kilned over peat smoke, allowing the smoke to enhance rather than dominate — a balance that's harder to achieve than it sounds. The nose brings apricot, tinned pineapple, caramel-glazed apple, sandalwood, and dark chocolate alongside subtle bonfire smoke, while the palate is creamy and tropical with a beautifully integrated peat presence.
