Description: Isle of Raasay Dun Cana Sherry Quarter Cask is an artful Hebridean single malt that captures both peat and sweetness in elegant balance. This limited-edition release begins with Raasay’s signature blend of peated and unpeated spirit, initially matured in rye casks, before being finished in sherry quarter casks (a mix of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso). At 52% ABV and offered in natural color and non–chill filtered, it presents with aromas of rich raisins, dark chocolate, and gentle smoke, followed by a palate of figs, dried citrus peel, toffee, toasted oak, and soft peat smoke. The finish lingers with layered sherry sweetness, wood spice, and a whisper of coastal brine — a beautifully composed dram that reflects Raasay’s island character and innovation.
