Wolfburn is the northernmost distillery on the Scottish mainland, built in 2013 in Thurso, Caithness, on the site of an original Wolfburn distillery from 1821 and drawing water from the same burn. Handmade by a tiny team and bottled non-chill-filtered with natural color, its range runs from the lightly coastal Northland and the cask-strength Langskip to numbered small-batch releases and the milestone 10 Year Old.
