Anytime was founded by Maddy Rotman and Taylor Lanzet, who previously led sustainability and sourcing teams at Imperfect Foods and Daily Harvest. In 2023 the company launched Farmhouse Vodka and Farmhouse Gin as the first commercial spirits to earn Regenerative Organic Certified status from the Regenerative Organic Alliance, a certification that covers soil health, animal welfare and farmer and worker fairness. The gin is made grain-to-glass from organic Warthog wheat grown by Breathe Deep Farm in Hudson, New York, one of the first certified regenerative organic farms in the United States. The grain is milled on a granite stone-burr mill, mashed, fermented and distilled on-site in a copper hybrid pot still with an elongated whiskey helmet, then double distilled through an 8-plate column to 95% purity before being vapor infused with organic botanicals: juniper, coriander, black pepper, cardamom, lemon peel, holy basil, lemon thyme, lemongrass, orris root and orange peel. Bottled at 40% ABV, the producer describes it as perfectly dry with a soft, bright heart, gentle pepper and sweet notes of holy basil and lemon thyme, and recommends it in a Negroni, martini or gin and tonic.
