Anytime Farmhouse Vodka was launched in 2023 by co-founders Maddy Rotman and Taylor Lanzet as one of the first two commercial spirits to earn Regenerative Organic Certified status from the Regenerative Organic Alliance, a standard that goes beyond organic by requiring farming practices that build soil carbon and protect farmer and worker welfare. The vodka is produced full grain-to-glass from organic winter wheat grown by Breathe Deep Farm in Claverack, near Hudson, New York, one of the first certified regenerative organic farms in the country. The wheat is milled on a granite stone-burr mill that keeps temperatures low, then mashed, fermented and distilled on-site in a copper hybrid pot still with an elongated whiskey helmet before a second run through an 8-plate still to 95% purity. It is bottled at 40% ABV. The producer describes the spirit as soft, ultra smooth and terroir driven, with cool earthy subtleties.
