Fassbind Les Eaux de Vie Raspberry Himbeergeist is a 750ml Swiss raspberry spirit from Fassbind, Switzerland's oldest distillery, founded in 1846 in Oberarth at the foot of the Rigi mountain. Ripe raspberries from the Rigi region are macerated for six weeks, distilled twice, then rested for at least two years in stainless steel in the distillery's historic cellars.
The result is extremely fruity, sparkling and fresh, with the pure aroma of just-picked raspberries and a clean, dry finish. Serve it chilled in a small glass as a digestif, or use it to bring vivid fresh-berry character to cocktails.
