Geometric Cape Dry Gin comes from the Geometric Drinks Company in the Western Cape of South Africa, with a name and Art Deco bottle that nod to the structure and balance found in nature. What sets it apart is the base: rather than grain, the neutral spirit is distilled from Cape grapes by the acclaimed Mullineux winery in the Swartland, lending a soft, silky texture. That spirit is redistilled with eight botanicals, including juniper, coriander, angelica, cardamom, cinnamon, lemon and orange peel, and buchu, an indigenous fynbos shrub with a minty, blackcurrant-like aroma that gives the gin its distinctly South African accent.
