Made in 500-liter batches at the Hendrick's Gin Palace in Girvan, Ayrshire, and bottled at 80 proof, Grand Cabaret opens with apricot, ripe cherry and rose on the nose, then a delicately sweet, fruity palate with cucumber freshness, gentle herbs and juniper, finishing smooth and lingering.
