High West's notes describe black cherry fruit leather, stewed strawberries, orange peel, molasses, cinnamon bark and sage on the nose, cherry turnover, spiced apple, raisin, candied orange rind and rosemary on the palate, and a finish of orange pastry, dark chocolate and dried fig. All you need to do is stir it over ice for a few seconds, strain into a chilled coupe and drop in a cherry.
